After being honored as a best production at their regional state festival in Bow, NH, in March, ConVal theatre students were invited to share and discuss their original devised work Sprung – A Rite for Festival with Keene State University’s Theatre and Dance Department the first week of April.
The students then joined eleven other schools for the New Hampshire Education Theatre Guild’s 2017 State Drama Festival on April 7th and 8th, at Gilford High School in Gilford, NH. At the State Festival, students were again commended by audience and adjudicators for their bold work.
Oliver Ward was again singled out for his music composition and performance, and Marisa Bernabeo for her excellence in performance.
