ConVal’s Ugly Holiday Sweater Day Is Thursday, December 21

On Thursday, December 21 — the last day before holiday break —, get in the holiday spirit in a fun way and flaunt those ugly holiday sweaters that you normally would be too embarrassed to wear in public.

In what has become a lighthearted ConVal holiday tradition, students, faculty, and staff will sport their ugly sweaters and pose for a joint picture in the Lucy Hurlin Theatre during TASC.

So go find that “unique” sweater in the back of your closet and bring it to school. Chances are, you won’t be the only one wearing that special Rudolph sweater that someone made for you ten years ago.

Don’t have an ugly sweater? Make one of your own! Bedazzle an old or thrifted sweater, add embroidered holiday motifs and some sequins, and voila, you are ready for ConVal’s celebration of Ugly Holiday Sweater Day!
