ATC’s Engineering Program Designated A Program Of Excellence

In a letter dated February 4, Nancye L. Hart and Charlotte Waddell of the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA) informed ConVal’s Region 14 Applied Technology Center that its technology and engineering education program had been selected as the recipient of a 2019 Program Excellence Award.

“Having passed the review process,” the letter by Hart and Waddell states in part, “your school’s technology and engineering education program is truly exemplary among other programs in your state, at your school’s level. You know more than anyone the tremendous amount of work and dedication that is required to design, maintain, and improve quality programs like yours.”

“Primarily, your students are the ones who will have richer lives for having participated in your program,” the statement continued. “Not many endeavors are more important than helping students become technologically literate and learn more about the world around them. Thank you for investing in your students!”

Mrs. Fabianski will receive the official recognition at the Program Excellence General Session of the 2019 ITEEA Annual Conference in Kansas City, Missouri on Thursday, March 28, 2019. Please see the letter in its entirety by clicking here.

Congratulations, students and Mrs. Fabianski!
