Students To Take CDC Youth Risk Behavior Survey

ConVal Regional High school is taking part in the 2019 Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS), a survey that is sponsored by the New Hampshire Departments of Education and Health and Human Services in cooperation with the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The survey will ask about the health behaviors of 9th- through 12th-grade students. The survey will ask about nutrition, physical activity, injuries, and tobacco, alcohol, and other drug use. It will also ask about sexual behaviors that could lead to pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV.

Students will be asked to fill out a survey that takes about 45 minutes to complete. For full details, please see this letter from the ConVal School Counseling Department.
