This weekend, members of ConVal’s Youth and Government Club went to the New Hampshire State House in Concord for Model Legislature Day.
Throughout the year, teens meet in their school Youth and Government groups to discuss and debate issues that affect citizens of their state and to propose legislation. The program culminates with students serving as delegates at the statewide conference, debating bills on the floor of the legislature.
