The Finding Neverland Project is a student-conceived, student-written, and student-performed original play that a small but mighty group of students has been working on since December.
With direction and guidance from Jason Lambert and Leslie Holcombe, the students researched the story of Peter Pan by examining the original play Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie and the films Finding Neverland and Disney’s Peter Pan.
The students also journaled about their own ideas about growing up, being a child, and what the story of Peter Pan means to us today. This research and journaling led to a collaboratively written play, and it makes its ConVal High School debut this Friday, February 16, at 7 p.m.
