On what would normally have been a snow day on Tuesday, students and staff were invited to build snowmen as a way to deal with social distancing and to connect through a school-wide, shared activity.
The results were creative, imaginative, and sincere expressions of school spirit. Many of the snowmen featured Cougar sports teams.
Other snow creations took more unusual routes: From the snowman who looks longingly at the driveway to the N95-masked snowman, from the snow woman taking a bubble bath (including a scented candle) to the impressive Maya pyramid that was an entry specific to the Social Studies department, the photo submissions showed off the full spectrum of student and staff creativity.
