On Friday, October 21, Eric Bowman presented at the New Hampshire Council for the Social Studies (NHCSS).
The topic of the presentation was podcasting as a new way to study history and a new way to assess student learning. Bowman relayed what he learned while creating his own podcast, The Virtue Field (see also the related Monadnock-Ledger article here). Bowman also shared tips and ideas to help students produce their own historical podcasts.
The NHCSS is dedicated to developing an active and informed citizenry by strengthening and supporting social studies education in New Hampshire.
