ConVal Music and Theatre Arts presents our inaugural “MisCast Cabaret,” an evening of performances playing against type and breaking traditional theatrical boundaries!
Performances will be on Thursday, May 16th at 7 pm, Friday, May 17th at 7 pm, Saturday, May 18th at 1:30 at Children in the Arts, and Saturday, May 18th at 7 pm. All evening performances are at the Lucy Hurlin Theatre at ConVal High School, Peterborough.
Tickets are available online at cvlht.com and at the door, $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors. The performance on Friday, May 17th will benefit ConVal Community Dollars for Scholars scholarship program.
Students have selected and rehearsed their own favorite musical numbers, and will present a variety of classic and contemporary performances with their own unique twists! Come to hear an old song in a new way, or to be introduced to new musical material! Shows represented include everything from standards such as A Chorus Line, Chicago, and Fiddler on the Roof, to mega hits such as Hamilton, Waitress, and Dear Evan Hansen.
ConVal High School students performing include Kylie Boyle, Miranda Craig, Alissa Cutting, Chloe Griggs, Cheyenne Heinselman, Anna McGuiness, Jaiden Petrain, Clara Quintanilha, Sean Roberts, and Haley Serafine.
“MisCast Cabaret” is directed by Krystal Morin, Brian Moore, and Elizabeth Moore.
