Seniors will be taking the SAT, standardized test widely used for college admissions, on Wednesday, October 14, at ConVal High School. This testing date is replacing the statewide assessment that was canceled this spring.
For students who are not testing, this will be a remote learning day. Students from each cohort will arrive for testing, and be scheduled for dismissal at staggered intervals.
Blue Cohort students will arrive and need to be in their testing rooms by 7:30 on the morning of testing, and will be dismissed at approximately 1:00 pm.
Gold Cohort students will arrive and need to be in their testing rooms by 8:45 on the morning of testing and will be dismissed at approximately 2:25.
Each cohort’s testing rooms will be located in separate areas of the building.
Students wishing to opt out from testing must return this Opt-Out Form to Tim Cotreau (tcotreau@conval.edu), Director of School Counseling, by October 1 via email, or via regular mail to the address provided at the bottom of the form.
More details will be released as we get closer to the exam date.
