ConVal Theatre Arts will give several performance of “Frozen: KIDS” this week — on Thursday, February 17 at 6:00 pm and on Friday, February 18 at 6:00 and 8:00 pm. In addition, district elementary students are invited to see preview performances on Wednesday, February 16.
“Frozen: Kids” is a 30-minute adaptation of the 2018 Broadway musical which is based on the 2013 Walt Disney Animation Studios film, written by Jennifer Lee and directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee. The production features all of the songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by the creators of the film score, Kristen Anderson-Lopez and EGOT-winner Robert Lopez.
The ConVal production features performances from: Max DePoyster, Kai Flynn, Jazzy Woodhouse, Nick DiNino, Ryan Whitney, Alex Williams, Kaitlyn Stone, Rex Schwabe, Caroline Stultz, Isabella Stehly, Haley Serafine, Esther Janis, Liasiah Torres, Avery Swasey, Rhiannon Moore, Beau Olesky, Alissa Cutting, Hadi Lancaric, Luca Stowell, Doc Cassidy, Dan Sleeper, Addie Mackensen, and Chloe Griggs.
Technical and design work is provided by: Jennifer Hopkins, Elijah Lacroix, Frank LeBlanc, Josh Ellisa, Fransisco James, Katherine Craig, Esther Janis, Arson Hench, Rowan Davidson, and Makila Sesito.
“Frozen: Kids” is directed by Elizabeth Moore, music direction is provided by Brian Moore, and choreography by Eve Pierce.
