To celebrate Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, the Region 14 Applied Technology Center (ATC) welcomed elementary school students from Antrim, Bennington, Dublin, Francestown, Hancock, Peterborough, and Temple.
During the week of February 17, more than 220 students toured classrooms devoted to Business, Careers in Education, Computer Networking, Digital Photo & Video, Engineering, Firefighting & EMT training, Graphic Design, and Manufacturing.
In several locations, students participated in demonstrations and hands-on activities, including robotics, 3D printing, and manufacturing using a CNC router to engrave wooden signs.
On Wednesday, New Hampshire Congresswoman Annie Kuster joined the students and explored with them the diverse program offerings and pathways that are available to ConVal students.
