ConVal Equestrian Team Competes Successfully At State Show

The ConVal Equestrian team has competed in three statewide competitions at the Tack Shack in Fremont, New Hampshire this season. The scores from each show accumulate to determine the top riders that compete against each other at the State Show.

The season has ended with the fourth and final show, the State Show, on Sunday, May 22, with 9 of our 12 ConVal riders competing. It was an incredibly hot day, but the riders had a fun, successful show.

Congratulations to the following for their accomplishments at the State Competition:

  • Anthea Curtis for coming in 4th place in WJL Western Suitability, 2nd place in WTC Open Freestyle, and 2nd place in WJL Western Dressage Test A.
  • Emily Hughes for coming in 4th place for 2’3” Equitation over fences and for placing 2nd in WTC Working Teams.
  • Abigail Hacket for coming in 1st place in 2’3” Jumpers, 2nd place in WTC Dressage Test A, and 1st place in WTC Open Freestyle.
  • Addison Traffie for coming in 1st place in 18” Equitation over fences.
  • Aubree Lamothe for coming in 4th place in WT English Suitability, 2nd place in WTC Dressage Test B, and 4th place in WT Showmanship.
  • Delany Ingalls for coming in 4th place in WTC Dressage Test A and 2nd place in WTC Working Teams.
  • Mariah Kiblin for coming in 1st place in WJL Western Dressage Test B.
