FamilyID is up and running for all winter sports. All athletes and their parents must register for the upcoming season by going to www.familyid.com.
If an athlete did NOT participate in a sport at CVHS this past Fall, they must pass in an up to date physical to the athletic office (physicals are good for two years and cannot expire during the season of play) and must complete an ImPact test once every two years with our athletic trainer.
