Just in time for Thanksgiving, the Monadnock Ledger-Transcript announced its fall sports awards.
Two ConVal athletes were singled out for exemplary achievements:
- Wyatt Beaulieu (soccer): The Ledger-Transcript lauded Beaulieu for his 11 shutouts for the Final Four-bound ConVal boys soccer team and for the “play of the year with his diving stop on a quarterfinal overtime penalty kick.”
- Everett Benham (football): According to the Ledger-Trasncript, “Benham gave everything he had to the ConVal team this fall, putting his body on the line to help give Cougar fans something to cheer for.”
