William Gurney, the Executive Director of the Monadnock Community Early Learning Center, came in to speak to Mrs. Grossi’s Careers in Education I class this morning. His presentation addressed the various responsibilities and skills requirements of being a teacher, administrator, and executive director.
The Monadnock Community Early Learning Center (MCELC) strives to provide an environment in which children can experience the excitement, the wonder, and joy of growing up. The mission of the MCELC is to provide all age groups with a developmentally, age-appropriate curriculum which includes physical, cognitive, and social development skills as well as age-appropriate academic skills and creative play.
