Principal Heather McKillop met with families on the apron of ConVal Regional High School to welcome newcomers to the district and to talk about the transition to high school.
“These informal meet and greets proved very beneficial,” said McKillop. “In all, we had over 40 families RSVP and drive up through the bus loop to join me curbside for physically distanced conversations.”
“Seeing so many smiling faces truly makes me excited to begin the school year together in September,” she noted. “I appreciated getting to meet so many students and families as well as getting to respond to their specific questions.” Many of the questions revolved around ConVal’s school reopening plans in September.
“For those of you I have not yet met, please know that I look forward to welcoming you to the high school in the near future,” McKillop concluded.
