PSAT At ConVal High School October 17, 2020

ConVal Regional High School will offer the PSAT on Saturday, October 17, this year.

The PSAT is an optional test for 11th grade students to help them prepare for the SAT, and it also serves as the qualifying exam for the National Merit Scholarship. 10th grade students may also take the exam, but will not be eligible for the National Merit Scholarship consideration.

The cost of the PSAT is $17. There is a limited number of testing seats available.

Both Gold Cohort and Blue Cohort students will test on the same day but in separate areas of the building and will have a staggered arrival and departure time.

Gold Cohort students will need to arrive and be in their test rooms by 7:30 am. Blue Cohort students will need to arrive and be in their test rooms by 8:30 am. The test takes approximately 3 hours. Students will need their own transportation to and from the testing.

Sign up information and payment must be received by Friday, October 9. Payment by check can be mailed to the high school, ATTN: Stacy Whitaker, or can be dropped off at the school between 7:30 am – 2:00 pm. Please call the Counseling Office at 924-4120 or the main office at 924-3869 when you arrive in the bus loop by the front apron (flagpole). Someone will come out to collect payment and provide a receipt.
