Seven ConVal students spent a week in Costa Rica over the February break.
The group visited a local elementary school, saw lots of tropical flora and fauna as well as two different volcanoes up close, went hiking, kayaking, horseback riding and zip-lining in the cloud forest canopy.
They also enjoyed a Pacific coast river tour featuring crocodiles, tropical birds, and a mangrove forest.
