Parent Portal Access and Electronic “First Day Forms”

The following instructions will guide your access to the electronic “First Day Forms” that are available for ConVal Regional High School. Please fill out the form online before you come into school to pick up the district-issued Chromebook. Without having the completed electronic form on file, the Chromebook cannot be distributed to your student.

  1. Log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal (https://conval.powerschool.com/public/home.html) with your personal — not your student’s — credentials (username and password). Note: If you are entirely new to PowerSchool as a parent, please create your parent account first by following the steps laid out in this slideshow.
  2. Your should arrive at your student’s homepage, with “PowerSchool SIS” displayed on top and your student’s fall semester schedule on the right.
  3. In the left-hand vertical navigation panel (marked “Navigation”), look about halfway down for an icon with a pencil and fillable bubbles labeled “Forms.” Click on the icon.
  4. You will arrive at a new page marked “School Form Listing for [your student’s name]”.
  5. You will notice a blue hyperlink labeled “[Contoocook] ConVal High School 2022 – Electronic First Day Forms.” Click on the link.
  6. Fill out the form. In most cases, clicking the appropriate button will be sufficient to proceed through the form.
  7. When you are done, click on the blue “Submit” button in the bottom right corner. The form will acknowledge your recorded submission. (Do NOT click the green “save” button.)
